emotionally hurt, strained and drained are the words to begin with.

thank you daniel, for the talk last evening.
thank you for your concern, at my consideringly lowest point in life i guess.
though it might seem a rather short conversation, but thank you still.
---
so like so what if people smile everyday, being so bright and cherry everyday, as if they have no problems at all?
i am just tired of faking a smile, faking a life everyday of my life.
and to begin with, my heart can't possibly break, when it wasn't even whole in the first place.
so what if i am the only child.
so what if it seems as if my parents dote me so.
so what if i appear so cheerful always.
its just so difficult to even sit down and to strike a conversation first.
its so difficult to be myself, in fact i wonder which is actually the real me.
the one thats cherry on the outside, and deep down, someone thats actually bleeding and dragged desperately in search of being invincible.
or the someone thats actually miserable in the first place.
parents, do not do things to hurt your children.
you are responsible for your own marriage.
your children did not play a part to get the two of you together.
it was your own will to say i do,
your own will to propose.
so why are children the ones hurt in the end?
its such a selfish act.
be responsible. whatever you do, the cause and effect can sometimes never be resolved.
because, the hurt had already been done permanently.

I waited for your love in hope,
That ours would come again,
And make me feel the things I felt,
But time and distance have erased,
The things I wished anew,
And now I find myself alone,
Though I am here with you.
What good is love,
that does not touch,
What good is love,
that gives me so much pain.
What good is love,
that makes me run,
And makes you lost out in the rain.
But what of hearts that beat as one,
And what of passion and embrace,
Is it too much to ask of you,
To make these tears of mine erase.
What good is love,
that does not touch,
What good is love,
that gives me so much pain.
What good is love,
that makes me run,
And makes me lost out in the rain.
Too painful this - to journey back,
To times of love and laughter free,
The times we spent together,
A sense of you, a sense of me.
So now,
I journey on alone,
Forever wandering,
in my thoughts,
And I shall ask you once again,
What good is love.
stereo_loud; i'm just the girl next door.
